Returns & Refunds

Ordered the wrong item, or the product isn't quite what you expected? No problem: at textilshop.live , you can return all stock items free of charge within 30 days of receipt. This is our voluntary customer satisfaction guarantee, which goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal.

How to return an item

1. Let us know: Notify our customer service of your return by email office@textilshop.live  or call us at +43 7583 51166 – we'll take care of you personally.
2. Send the item back: We'll send you a free return label. Please pack the item in its original box if possible and drop the parcel off at any post office or postal partner.
3. Get your refund: Once the item has arrived, we'll refund the purchase price within 14 days at the latest – of course using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Returns are always free for you – we cover the return shipping costs for all stock items within Austria.

Exception: Custom-made items

There is no right of return for made-to-measure and custom-made items – in particular our custom-size rugs, personalised items and products made to customer specifications. These items are made especially for you and cannot be resold afterwards. The statutory right of withdrawal also does not apply to these items pursuant to § 18 (1) 4 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

Right of withdrawal & legal basis
